Desentraliserte avløpssystemer/-renseteknologi

I Norge er ca. 15% av befolkningen tilknyttet desentraliserte, private avløpsanlegg. Utslippene fra disse utgjør ca. 25 % av næringsstoff-utslippene fra avløpssektoren og er en betydelig faktor til forringelse av miljøkvalitet i våre vannresipienter.
